Tax data and documents will be kept by our company for a period of twelve (12) years, for tax audit purposes. Your personal data is transmitted to third parties, only for the provision of the above services to you. Particularly:

 

To make purchases you pay by credit – debit card. Our website does NOT store credit – debit card data, which you enter when submitting your order. Before approving any transaction, you link directly to a hyperlink to another website that uses an online credit card clearing technology under the responsibility of Piraeus Bank. This means that our website does not use, for any reason, any credit / debit card information you have entered, as these are not visible on it.

The user – member can contact us through the special contact form, filling in the necessary personal information, name, address, e-mail, phone and stating his request. He can also arrange a scheduled appointment, choosing the time and day of the meeting and then be informed of its cost and charged upon agreement and acceptance by the principal and the relevant signature at an earlier stage of the mandate and provision of legal services.

All its infrastructure is hosted in a certified PCI-DSS data center of the company Rackspace (Level 1 Certified Services Provider) in Great Britain. Viva Payments is an Electronic Money Publishing Institution licensed by the Bank of Greece. The same basic principles of confidentiality and confidentiality that govern banking apply to Viva Payments respectively.
