Elena Spentzou

Elena Spentzou is Attorney at Law and Lawyer in Athens, in the Supreme Court. She specializes mainly in Business & Corporate Law, which includes a wide range of activities starting from the establishment of a company, the formulation of corporate contracts for business transactions, the management of claims against debtors of these as well as corporate transformations, business restructurings (acquisitions, financial contracts, mergers, divisions, transformations into other corporate form), Personal Data Protection (GDPR), Intellectual and Industrial Property, Real Estate and in Investments, while serving the needs of both businesses and individuals in the respective areas of law.

She has a degree from the Law School of Athens at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration for Lawyers.

Elena Spentzou has been a member of the Athens Bar Association since 2001 and has served as President and Vice President of Board of Directors in large industrial enterprises.
