Συναινετικό Διαζύγιο
Η διαδικασία έκδοσης του συναινετικού διαζυγίου περιλαμβάνει τα ακόλουθα στάδια:
- Αρχικά οι δύο σύζυγοι αποφασίζουν από κοινού την λύση του γάμου τους.
- Εν συνεχεία απευθύνονται στους δικηγόρους τους.
- Συντάσσεται και υπογράφεται το ιδιωτικό συμφωνητικό που ρυθμίζει τα θέματα επικοινωνίας, διατροφής και επιμέλειας.
- Υπογράφεται ειδικό πληρεξούσιο για την περίπτωση που δεν επιθυμούν τα μέρη να παραστούν στη διαδικασία.
- Συντάσσεται και υπογράφεται συμβολαιογραφική πράξη σε συμβολαιογράφο για την λύση του γάμου.
- Γίνεται πνευματική λύση του γάμου.
- Καταχωρείται η λύση του γάμου στο Ληξιαρχείο.
