This service includes the preparation and submission of a report – complaint before the General Secretariat of Commerce and Consumer Protection according to Law 2251/1994 (A ‘191) on “Consumer Protection” and EU legislation, on unfair terms in consumer contracts, on certain aspects of the sale and guarantees of consumer goods, on the distance marketing of financial services to consumers’ on unfair business-to-consumer commercial practices in the internal market, and on misleading and comparative advertising.
