The branch of Administrative Law includes a series of rules of law regulating the relations of natural and legal persons with the state. Administrative disputes are all kinds of cases that arise in the context of the operation of the Public Administration and the exercise of that public authority.

Administrative bodies of all kinds, individual or collective, do frequently operate in violation of the principle of legality, creating serious problems for citizens.
